Yes, after you order your design package, you can share photos of furniture items that you want to keep in your new design, and we’ll use furniture items that are similar to the pieces you already own, or we can model your specific furniture item for a fee of 15 KWD per item and you can see how your new room will look with your existing furniture.

Our meetings will be held online at your convenience. After you order your design package, you can select the date and time you’d like our first video call to be, and you can use your project dashboard, email, or phone to reach your designer and personal shopper in order to share your feedback on your room designs.

Our first meeting will help us get to know you and your project requirements better, and to learn more about your tastes and style preferences, and to share our design process with you. We’ll also have follow up meetings when your designs are ready, so we can get your thoughts and ideas on the changes you’d like to see in your designs.

Depending on the design package you order, designs can take 4 days, 9 days, or 12 days for your initial designs, and between 2 – 4 days for design revisions. We’ll start designing your new room as soon as we get your room layout and photos, as well as your project requirements.

Yes, if you are not happy with your initial design ideas you may cancel your design order before making changes to the design. To request a cancellation, you can reach us from your project dashboard or email us at info@roomible.com

Yes, furniture orders will be subject to the furniture store cancellation policies, and their cancellation process. In general, you can cancel within 14 days from the date you receive your new furniture items, or more than 14 days depending on the store your items are ordered from.
